Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
This policy is for people covered by consumer health data laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370, and Connecticut's consumer health data rules. It is separate from our general Privacy Policy and covers only health-related information. Proclame AI LLC ("we", "us") runs Gredi.
Gredi is designed so that your health-related choices never leave your phone. We only collect or share consumer health data in two optional cases, and only after you say yes.
The things you tell Gredi about what you avoid or need to track can relate to your health. Examples are an allergy, a condition like celiac disease or Crohn's, a diet, symptoms and check-ins you log, and your nutrition goals.
| Category | Do we collect it? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Your rules: allergies, conditions, diets, avoid list, custom words, strictness settings | No. Stored only on your phone. Exception: if you turn on Smart check, the names of your active rules are sent with the ingredient list. If you add a custom word and agree to word lookup, that word is sent | To look for hidden sources of what you avoid, and to find other names for a word you added |
| Food and symptom log, check-ins, counts, notes, number goals and totals | No. Stored only on your phone and never sent to us | Shown to you on your phone |
| Scan history, pantry and plates | No. Stored only on your phone | Shown to you on your phone |
| Photos of food, labels and menus | Sent for reading only when you take or choose one. We don't save them. They are not meant to contain health data, and we ask you not to include any | To read text or identify the food |
| Account email address | Only if you create an account. It is not health data, and it is never combined with the items above | Sign-in and subscriptions |
We receive the optional items above directly from you, from your phone, at the moment you use the feature. We do not get consumer health data from anyone else.
When you use Smart check or custom word lookup, the information in section 1 goes to our server (hosted by Supabase) and on to Anthropic, our AI service provider, which processes it for us to return a result. Anthropic deletes this information within 30 days and does not use it to train its models. We have written terms with these providers that limit them to processing it for us. We do not sell consumer health data, share it with advertisers, or share it with anyone else.
Smart check is off until you turn it on in Rules and confirm a message that explains what is sent. Custom word lookup asks you once, when you first add your own word. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app: Rules, then switch off Smart check and "Find other names for my words." After that, nothing further is sent. We don't use the optional features' data for anything else, and we don't keep it.
You have the right to confirm whether we collect your consumer health data and to access it (including a list of third parties and affiliates we've shared it with), to withdraw consent, and to have it deleted. Because we don't store this information, there is usually nothing to access or delete, and "Erase all my data" in the app (Me tab) removes everything on your phone. To make a request, email support@gredi.app. We'll respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word "Appeal", and we'll answer your appeal within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general. In Washington, that is the Office of the Attorney General.
All transfers use encrypted connections. We limit access, and we don't store the health-related information in the optional features. See the Privacy Policy for more about how we protect information.
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and, if the change affects what you've agreed to, ask again in the app. Questions: Proclame AI LLC, support@gredi.app.
